Diamonds fall shatter
holding no truth
only lies in this void where silence screams dreams turn dark running
to blackened scapes as night esdrapes faces once human
Soft music blends away the jagged edges that hope once wrought iron
turned to polyester silken softness by the endless beating of the fragile wings of moths and swallowed butterflies
souls shred transparent but are still there do you scare, do you care
I don’t at least I lie to try not to
