The Poetry of Michael Dunn

Michael Dunn is a starving young poet who lives close to the pulse of a city that never sleeps (actually, he is far from starving; and, yes, he does live in a city, just not THAT one; and, MOST undeniably, he is QUITE past the salad days of his youth)! Hmmm, so much for writing something of interest here when the truth of the matter is, well, there's not that much to say about him, really; except, maybe, that he can type less than forty words per minute.

Dunn's first collection of poetry, "Beyond Door's Threshold Light" (2006), is available now from a number of fine booksellers, which, in all probability, are not even remotely close to wherever it is you call home; unless, of course, you happen to be one of the few privileged inhabitants who dwell within the green-walled "City of Clustered Spires," as historic Fredericktowne was so aptly dubbed by the poet John Greenleaf Whittier in 1869.

So, save yourself the high cost of travel to bustling downtown Frederick, Maryland and use it instead to buy your copy online at
