More in MosquitoBytes Volume 05: Interjaculate Love - 2005 Flurry
Interminably Consternation
Is she changing the way she feels
All the tears she’s cried out
Pool around her feet
Awaiting the vultures to feed
Winters creeping heat
Does not make a sound
As she leans away from me
I slither to the ground
Unaware of the past I’ve become
I may not like it
I may have caused it
So what was the point
Of selling my soul
Even though I’m gonna need it
I’m in her tears now
Within I’m drowning
No time for feeding
Gotta fight it
You know I’m gonna fight it
No sense in bleeding
Without the meaning
She’ll lie there weeping
While I’m here lonesome
Not how we want it
Love is our problem
So why fight it
Just embrace
Don’t change the darkness
The rain it shimmers
Feel it caress you
Each drop my feelings
So don’t fight it
We know we shouldn’t fight it
