NEXT TOWN

If you walk another mile, in my shoes;
Then you will know that I have paid my dues.

Steps get too heavy, as they hit the ground;
Just keep on moving and pray, `don't look down.

Walk another mile, but you can't look back;
Stay on the highway, so you don't leave track.

Don't ever stop, cause then you have to start;
Keep right on moving, would be only smart.

You won't get thirsty in a rain deluge,
Get a little rest, when you seek refuge.

Right back on the road, when the Sun pops out;
Next town will be friendly, without a doubt.
