What made me a slave?
Living here in fear
Lost inside my truth
Where insincere I love you's burn
The telling of the violence
Will it get me where I long
Far away from me
Or drawn on a soiled mirror
Looking back out at refuse
Long
Low
Its what I know
There's a bloody shadow
Behind this mind
It needs the time to change
A chance to fall from grace

Of this past disgrace
