Eyes of coffee brown have captured
The reflected window of my mind
Bisected by my lightness
Dissected by my darkness
My heart stolen by their deep set focus
I see you gazing through
Clearing the grime of abuse
Pools of clarity
Surrounded by bloodied purity
The gentle arch of a brow
With its promise of wit
Seduces me
I follow it from end to end
My gaze once more drawn in
You read the me hiding within
As I enjoy an eternity
Embraced by your gaze
