Ice Man IX

Do you know me? Do you even know I exist? You sit there all pompous and aloof, not even seeing the people and images around you. Not the crap but the reality. You think you're so smart, all that info locked in your head - it's useless. Without me, you would not know fear, pain would not exist. Without me, love would be a meaningless collection of letters. I am what you regret, the reality that is swept under the carpet in the vain hope that the neighbours won't see. You saw me once, in your youth. I terrified you, and so you buried me. Thought hidden, I grew. I fed on your rage, on your fear of love. I became your will, your drive. I am the word and the light of your mind. I am the you that sister buried, exhume me and smell the blood.
