I don't know if this is some official form - and couldn't care less. The sparse language delivers the images tersely, yet delicately. This is a keeper for me (meaning I will copy & paste to my files).

Excellent.

At first, the lovely placement of the words in the first three lines led me to assume that there was going to be a rhyme scheme or format somewhere. So I read reread it, and not finding any of the kind, returned to it without my detective cap for a new look. What I found: A re-readable delight of dusky peace.

P.S. Dusk is one of my favorite moments in the day.
