Gobbledygook

Gobbledygook is the title of my children's poetry book.....

I thought it was a funny word so I lead with this poem.  I don't think it is one of my best poems and I wonder if I should change the title and or lead with a different poem.

I just wanted a few opinions to see what others think.

I ordered the Fried Snook,
From a very kooky cook.

One bite was all it took.

My teeth rattled and shook.

Because of that kooky cook,

My tongue fell off its hook.

Don’t order the Fried Snook,

You’ll get the gobbledygook.

I agree with your assessment.  Gobbledygook is an excellent title, but this might not be the poem for your lead-in.  But I think of musicians who often title their CD's something, but the song it refers to is further in the track.  Why can't you do that with a book?
