The first rock
rifles off my chin
and it hurts so much
I see a rainbow.
It's beautiful:
red, orange
yellow, green
blue, indigo
and more red
down my neck
all over my shirt.
It pools where
the buttons are taut
and i wonder
how many pieces
a mandible can shatter
into.
In Philadelphia
i think this might be love
but i am Christian
and this is Cairo
