falling down,
angel plummeted to earth,
burning wings.

movement lost,
wings bloodless and dripping pain,
water-colored world.

breathless and nearsighted,
everything a fog,
feeling unsinkable.

life a song,
without a word,
tune for blossomed life.

searing heat,
saving grace of water,
insatiable thirst of being.

devoid of anything,
wanting everything,
humbling experience of god.

fly into the sun,
damage done.
