Bacchatus

Aestuo Occultus

You have rage
Pent up
Violent
Longing for release
Many are your wounds
Earned in restraint
Murderous intent
Held at bay
Not for fear of others
Nor of retribution
No
You fear raging without end
Depletion
How then
Would you watch the world
These dithering humans
How would you seethe
Without the kindness of your rage
This thing so pure
Well beyond hate
Kin to love
Your rage drives you
Inspires these very words
Rage hard
Forego pettiness
Remember the adage
Love your enemy

So yes
Rage

Let it play occasionally
Lest it devour you

Let me play

Occasionally

Lest I devour

Me
