You’ve opened doors
Revealed to me my core
Which once was numb

Woke me up inside
Saved me from my dark
Let my blood that runs
From this pen
Observe the someone I’ve become

Was I living a lie
Or just hiding inside

Lesions of mind
Only you could ever find
You opened my eyes
To the me that cries

Woke me up
As I became undone
No more living that lie
Now that I’m alive
