She orbits me
Like a death star
Imperfection obvious
Though oh so perfect

I am open to her
Just another conquest
One more bloated corpse
For her murder of crows to pick at

Her love approaches deftly
A well packaged TV dinner
Pleasing on the eye
Mouth-wateringly promising
Sumptuous at first bight

Only sup a little more though

The blandness sidles in

Stale

Repugnant

Unsatisfying

So I rebel
Until loves deadly weapon
Is no more than an extra
Deep in the background
