Have I told you
How I like to tease

How I would
On a cold night
Throw off the covers
Observing as your skin devolves
Gooseflesh waxing frigid

Of how I would wake you
With the lightest of touches
My lips
Tongue
Exploring you

Or how
When you reach that certain point
Where containment seems impossible
I pull back the covers
Holding you close
As with a contented smile
You return to sleep
