Indeed, a very creative use of the form.  If you wanted to, you could stick some punctuation in to guide readers but it's not entirely necessary.  I like the implication that fantasies are not all tea and biscuits -- even childhood dreams embrace all facets of human nature, including the quarrelsome and even bigoted.  But they're still human and capable of immense beauty.
