I feel compelled to read through your sorrow and pain today Mos. It is giving me fodder to inspire my own 'down' day. I rarely have such 'down' time but it is definitely weighing upon my tired shoulders today (last night was a bitch). I like the feel of this, you took control by doing the letting go.
