the long 'i' sound working through the first stanza creates a nice feeling in S1. I"m of two minds on the rhythm in S2, where the markers clang, those two lines there do offer a bit of a rhythmic break reminiscent of a beach moment, but I'm not sure I like it in this particular poem or not.
