Seventeen weeks to go

My plans never involve running -- if I were you, i think yuo'd have more success with the running if you planned to not run, but instead waddle or meander. Meandering is really my speciality, but it's something you have to work up to. Start with the waddling is my recommendation. This running thing requires way too much effort, and no good can come of that.
