Copyright information

Thanks very much for putting this here, Stephan.  The absolute hard and fast rule is that if it's yours and you put it into some tangible form, including the internet, it's copyrighted.  There's no need to put a little (c) on it, it's implied the moment it's written down.  Most of us take copyright very seriously, because plagiarism can destroy a writer's livelihood.
