This is a great topic, but when I get too wound up in it I tend not to write so much.
My posted work is always for "members only," the implication being I am looking for feedback so I can improve the piece for eventual publication. I post it that way, trusting that our members are trustworthy. That's all I can do. For people who plagiarise, well, I have to hope their karma will take care of what I can't.
