Seventeen weeks to go

There's a time to think things out and a time to lace up your sneakers and "just do it." I've pretty much spent my life thinking about exercise, with brief forays into that delightful yet oddly foreign (at least to me) world. You sound like you're hovering between the two, and like you're destined for success in both places.
