The last is especially true, at least for me.

I personally find it difficult to give in-depth constructive criticism.  It’s not that I don’t want to, it’s that I don’t know how to. I’m reading and learning from others here who have the finesse.

The best advice that I can give is to detach yourself from your written words.  Once it is out of your head and written down it doesn’t belong to you anymore.  It’s out there for others to interpret.  This gives you a different vantage point.  What you think you said and  what you really said are two different things.   If you are willing to do that, keep an open mind, take and implement suggestions, you are half way there.
