Making Poetry Popular

once upon a time anyone could hang out a shingle and call themself a doctor.....people died......too many people call themselves 'poets' ...poetry dies.....we need poetic licencing......so I think we should establish a bureau wherin we administer to poetic licence and and those with a licence can shoot anyone who pretends to poetry....in season of course
