That's the nature of clouds... they've never really got their mind on the practical and immediate, it's always something irresponsible.

Your last couple of lines are ambiguous and I am not sure whether to read it as you're not looking forward to snow or you're worried that the snow won't come.  I can live with it either way, obviously.
