Big house, big plans, big deal
In the end it all flounders on a whim
Decisions made, no consultation,
No right of reply

6 years, gone just like the others
It's not the emotions, nor the love
It's not the sex or the fun,
Nor is it the companionship
No
It's the fact that it keeps happening
Again
And again
And again

U return home and it's just a house
She's gone for good
U knew things weren't working
U weren't surprised

NO

What it's all about is the disappointment
6 years
Gone without redress
Only a memory, sure some good ones
But the final one is that empty house

Now the house has become home
Home to the coldness of a heart
A heart that had thawed
Now snap frozen
Dank and empty
Not bitter
That's too emotional
Just disappointed.....
