More in Novel Ideas, Short Inspiration & Spew The Whole Novelization Process...My have stoopid! Help!
So I went and wrote this novel... What little I know from the manuscript to the 'in the bookstore' phase could fill a paragraph. Sure, it needs editing. Yes, a literary agent would be nice. A publishing house not hell-bent on raping me would be swell, too. While I'm at it, give pigs wings and drop a cool million in cash on my front door step... I'd like to send off my work, yet what little i've read and gleened states I'm pretty much screwed. I'm in the middle of a deployment, it's all in digits without a actual 'hard copy'. It's rough as hell and three chapters need serious re-working. The average chapter is 6-7 pages long (sigh, i might as well written a kids book). But I still want to get it done. How do I (or somebody else) edit the damn thing? Who or where do i send the manuscript, and how much? Does it matter if it's fantasy who i send it to? I can't get it printed, or sent, by hard copy. how will that affect things? |
