![]() Leanne Hansonfrom Just west of the lounge room Associate, 3708 posts | Calling all monkey lovers (we know you do it in secret, don't bother trying to deny it): Pre-order the "Body" issue of Shakespeare's Monkey Revue today or regret it forever... Rising costs have forced a price increase to $7 an issue, with only 2 issues possible now per year -- but for that two latte's worth of cash you get 76 pages of absolute brilliance that will lift your soul, cure all your diseases and teach you to speak a foreign language. (If it doesn't do all of those things, you're not using it properly and we take no responsibility.) Authors in this issue are: Alma Baumwoll, Leo Racicot, James S. Dorr, Catherine Milliken, Alan Porter, Monica Raymond, Megan Bohigian, J. J. Steinfeld, Rheagan Alexander, Laura Hershey, Janice D. Soderling, Barry Spacks, Shann Palmer, Scott Wiggerman, E. C. Jarvis, Richard Allan Taylor, Anthony Frame, Kathleen Walker, Adam Dunham, Gabriel Ricard, K. J. Hannah Greenberg, Erin Murphy, Ellaraine Lockie, Joan Mazza, Christina J. Baptista and Judih Haggai. In addition, we also have (for the first time) amazing artworks by: Christopher Hodge, Caroline Albert, Dennis L. Ward, Sienna Brown and of course our own incredible Julie Ann Cook (who is also responsible for making this the most gorgeous-looking Revue in history). The Featured Monkey is Lori Trierweiler, who many of you already know as a wonderful poet and creator of The Night Prophet. Off you go now to the Monkey Mart. |
Marian S. Elam 24 posts | Yes, I want to know about Shakespeare's Monkey Revue issues--is that on the website (I did look under News)? I did not buy the Body issue, is it sold on this website? What I want to know are the themes or tropes for the upcoming issues, if I can participate by sending a poem. I did participate with the Body issue, but was not selected. Thanks for your post.
